A few salon reminders for our lovely clients & followers.
Please TXT or book online as we don't have a phone that rings during salon hours. This keeps the vibe relaxed and focused during service time. Please understand when you ring we don't answer and it is best to text and leave a message where we can reply. This is a decision Jess made when opening the salon to keep it a luxurious experience.
Please understand we can't have your children running around the salon as it's a danger with-electricals, scissors, chemicals and the consideration of other clients that are booked in to relax. We understand newborn babies absolutely but any children are to be looked after so you can enjoy your salon experience solo.
If you are a social media user in the salon, please understand we as stylists do not want to be photographed without our permission.
Please make sure you choose the correct service to book when choosing colours or restyle cuts, upon arrival we will update the price accordingly.
All services must have their deposit paid prior to coming in to secure your appointment otherwise we cannot guarantee your desired time slot.
Please note some services have had a price increase due to the increase in wages for our amazing team.
